"Had a very pleasant 2 night stay. The hotel is in a lovely location with superb views over Petticur Bay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious and I especially enjoyed having a room with a sea view and balcony. "

"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

"Le gustó que nos tocó estaba limpio, tenía hasta eléctrica para calentar agua, sobres de café, té, leche y azúcar, las cuatro camas estaban cómodas y la limpieza en general estaba bien. Tiene una televisión, calefacción, plancha y ventilador pequeño. En general la estancia estuvo bien para el precio que pagamos. Lo malo es que estaba en el segundo piso y no hay escaleras, pero no es algo que sea relevante a menos que viajes con personas de edad avanzada o con algún impedimento para caminar."

"Cheap and cheerful , very clean and comfortable. Slept well which is all you want - highly recommend and likely a far better alternative than a hostel. Would definitely stay next time I visit - this was my second visit in 2 weeks"

"It’s an auto check-in, no staff. Everything worked fine. Rooms are decent and is a suitable, inexpensive place to stay. Not much to do in the area, although the Persevere Pub is an excellent stop for a pint and food. "
