"I was very impressed with the King Corner Suite and the lobby/bar area is set up really nice, love the pool table and all the hanging artwork! Will definitely be coming back on my next mini vacation, would highly recommend!!!"

"From the initial email from David, welcoming me to the hotel asking if I had any request or needs before arriving. I simply wanted a higher floor and that was granted...Room 1204 Nice! Upon arriving I was greeted by George, who was awesome and so gracious as to tell me about the neighborhood and give me a map to the Kia Center and surrounding areas- Love it... I encountered Kayla the next day when I went down for drinks and then Jeffery when I needed silverware and a microwave the following day. I had an Awesome time in Orlando, I was there to celebrate my daughter's acceptance to Medical School and to support my son and his team at the Kia Center- which is why I chose the hotel for its close proximity. Everyone that I encountered was on point and the customer service was unmatched! Upon checking out I met and talked to Edmundo and he was delighted that we truly enjoyed the stay and all the team members were awesome.. * I will also like to thank the house man, the dynamic ladies taking care of the rooms and the young guys and young lady outside/ Valet they were awesome and made a great impression as well. I am grateful for the experience. I shall see you all hopefully in November for my birthday! Thank You All Sonia"

"The property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. However, I wish Expedia mentioned something about their $75 security deposit as a mandatory transaction. They said they would return it if everything looks good. "

"Room 144 had a terrible smell, shower tub didn’t drain, exhaust fan didn’t work and it took for ever to get warm water in the shower. I could hear every single door that was getting open and close, I could hear the next door room using the shower and there was a construction next to the hotel, outside the room from the window."
