"The attention was not good , the room was in very poor condition , I had to request another room , THis hotel need some TLC, "

"A great place to stay. Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. They have a local shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are large with bathtub and 5 head shower. My only small complaint was the HAVC was a little loud. "

"Everything was great. Girls at the front desk were phenomenal. Felt very safe walking to & from the kia center. Basically a 25 minute walk thru a gorgeous park. "

"Floor was filthy we spilled something wiped it up. The rag was black floor was sticky to walk on. You had to wear your shoes the whole time. Breakfast was good. Toilet seat was off and the floor needed grout in it."

"WITH ALL THE LARGE BRAND HOTELS BOOKED FOR A CONVENTION THIS WAS ONE OF THE LAST OPTIONS. EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT WAS DUE TO SUPPLY AND DEMAND. NOT FOR EVERYONE BUT IT WAS SECURE, THE BED WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, AND PLENTY OF HOT WATER"
