"The staff service is so good then other Hotel. everything was good room was clean customer service very good I'm happy staying I will come again. I also wish the next hotel coming near Kim young market Base from the staff say they have 1 more new hotel much more bigger is on the way hopefully the hotel and service , room must be the same service from icon hotel i wish to come back to Hatyai and suer will stay at icon hotel again. "Had a wonderful stay at hotel. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Really enjoyed the daily drinks provided to guests. Housekeeping lady did a great job of cleaning the room. Room was spacious although pretty cold even when I increase temp to 23 degrees in the night. Shower was slightly low in pressure - maybe because we were on the higher floors??? I didn’t bother to report that the Safe didnt work too. Although the hotel is right smack within Lee Gardens Night Market. No sound or noise can be heard from the busy streets outside."
