"I ended up leaving because there were multiple bugs in my room. The staff was very kind, helpful and understanding."

"Great location, especially for a morning or evening walk and nice views to front and rear. Paying for parking was an annoyance but seems to be normal at many US hotels. The late night fire alarm wasn't great but can't be helped, but took a few minutes for a member of staff to appear and explain what was going on.
