This hotel has a great location near the ocean boat docks and seafood restaurants. It's also close to the ferries to Coronado Bay. It has a nice pool and room was clean. Wonderful hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location because it is near the dog beach and Point Loma Seafoods for a lovely walk in the evening across the street for dinner. Also, walk on Shelter Island. Possibly the best location for a hotel in San Diego.

The location was very easy to get to from the airport, and it is a perfect location for sport fishing and enjoying point Loma. there are buses going right by the hotel that will take it Old Town, and there is a bus a few blocks way to go downtown if you want to save money and not get a car. The staff was excellent and friendly and they knew everything about the area. housekeeping did a great job with the room, the breakfast was good enough, and there is a Winchell's right next door. I really enjoyed this hotel and we were lucky enough to show up for the sport fishing festival and the entire area was festive and fun.

The room was spotless. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Building is old but had new carpeting and recently remodeled bathroom. Location is fantastic, close to city center. Fantastic seafood just across street “Mitch’s Seafood.” Not fancy, mostly outdoor seating, but great food.
