"Room is fine but lack privacy. CCTVs monitoring guests outside door and inside. Great seafront with waves 30 metres away but the 8 Dec 2025 earthquake (and advisory for tsunami) struck when we were preparing to rest. Had to walk far to get to mainroad. Have to balance between seafront living with safety."

"We were shocked to learn that we had to check out by 10 AM and be out of the dining room by 9 AM so we felt very rushed. We were able to stay an extra hour by paying more money.
The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the dishes were often not being replenished.
Would we stay again? No"

"Hotel’s buffet is good. But if you are staying for more than 1 night, you might not want to pay for half board as the spread for breakfast and dinner doesn’t change. Otherwise, hotel is clean and comfortable. You need a car to move around though as it is not close to town centre."
