"1) staff was excellent, very helpful! 2) needed to use Yamato luggage service last minute so I went to Front Desk twice around 3am to make arrangements, and they were up, awake and easily made the arrangements! 3) room was clean, comfortable and the laundry room was Easily available on my floor. 4) I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I appreciated the free coffee and soda at the Ftont Desk. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel, beautiful garden, and mostly friendly staff (only one staff member was not friendly and never smiled). Was expecting more eating options at the hotel. Restaurants and bars are closing too early. Overall, I have enjoyed the hotel very much."
