This was my second year I stayed at this accommodation and it was again superb. Amazing personnel, great service, clean rooms and safe environment. The staff was friendly and the hotel beautiful! Loved our room, the pool, and the food! We had an activity scheduled for a private boat day. When we told the hotel staff that we were left stranded and told the boat broke, they sprang into action and found us a new rental boat and had the cab waiting outside in less then an hour. This hotel is great and can’t thank the staff enough for saving the day!

The overall ambiance was incredible, every inch of the place decorated beautifully. The staff were incredibly attentive and the room was clean and spacious. Very convenient location to both Kata and Karon beach. Definitely recommend this stay, you won’t regret it!

Everything from check in to check out was great. The hotel is beyond stunning and the staff are so friendly and lovely. They went above and beyond when they they found it it was my spouse's 50th birthday! Breakfast was very good and the location is fairly good too. The beach shuttle is very convenient if you don't want to walk but the beach is only a 15 min walk. We were sad to leave but are already planning to come back next year and stay a few days longer.

We loved everything about the resort. The only downside is it is an hour drive from HKK (airport). We will definitely stay here again if we decide to visit Phuket, Thailand.
