"There was renovated and unregenerated buildings. I was there as part of a wedding and was placed in a room in building 1, which was not yet renovated. The room had more than usual wear and tear, but there was a leak under the sink and a strong musty smell. However, the staff was very accommodating when we called about the smell in the room they sent somebody and when we asked to change rooms they accommodated that request. Please be aware that if you have room issues after 7:00 p.m. The staff on site may not be able to fully address your concerns until the next morning when the supervisory staff is on the property. The staff was amazing and the hospitality was top tier."

"My only concern is when we do check in they, take too much time to attend the People. They need more People in the check in and check out area. Is only 2 person and sometimes only one"

"Pool was amazing, rooms we switched twice and they both had issues, we meet a couple that also had to switch rooms twice and still had problems every time. All restaurants were good. Staff some were nice others weren't. "

"The rooms are a bit outdated and somewhat worn in places, but they were cleaned well every day. Staff was friendly, though sometimes they forgot to replace the bottled water. Overall, still a pleasant stay with a nice atmosphere."
