The grounds are always kept in prime condition. The access to a good snorkel beach and a near by pool is one main reason for coming here. The staff were all great and helpful. The food service and quality were great at each location. Breakfast was excellent. Of course $40 a night for self-parking and another $40 for Resort fees is a killer as it is just pure profit add on to the room rate.

As advertised - loved our balcony to relax w idyllic Ocean & Mauna Kea views, inc picture perfect sunsets, comfortable lounge chairs at pools and at the white sand beach. Glad we got breakfast buffet included, w excellent variety of food, quality & service. Wish we knew ahead of time to pre-book the complimentary outrigger canoe trip - will do next time!

So beautiful! Ocean view was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband is vegan and he had plenty of delicious options at the breakfast buffet. Decor was lovely and felt very classic Hawaiian. We absolutely loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat!

A fancy and luxurious resort with a truly special atmosphere. We were generously upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely fabulous. Our room wasn’t ready until after 4:30 pm, but we enjoyed the beach while waiting. The pools and Jacuzzi are excellent, and the views are stunning. We truly felt spoiled during our two-night stay. The breakfast buffet is magnificent. Dinner options were somewhat limited, but everything we tried was delicious, and the desserts were especially tasty. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, great service, spacious room and bathroom. The beach is amazing and right outside the hotel, the pools are nice, and the hotel and amenities didn’t feel crowded, it was very relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only negative point was that there isn’t much to do around the hotel that is walkable, you have to take the car to go anywhere. But the place is so nice you won’t want to leave anyway.

The staff were immediately so nice, the room was beautiful, the food we tried was delicious, the pools and beach were breathtaking. The snorkeling at the location and the beach a mile walk away were both incredible! My only complaint is the place was so nice we didn’t want to leave it to explore more of the island!

The room was clean and very modern. The patio was perfect with a view of the beach and a comfortable lounger. In general the staff was great but the pool staff wouldn't clean up abandoned pool lounge chairs so there would be unoccupied loungers with dirty towels all over the place.

Beautiful ocean views from our balcony. Staff at breakfast and the activities hut were both friendly and helpful. Wide beach with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Great snorkeling right from the front of the hotel. Only minor downside is my mother in law did struggle with the amount of stairs and distance from room to the beach.
