"Charming polite and helpful staff although I feel that in the restaurant, they rush you to order food when it's a bit later, so it was difficult to enjoy and relax. On the other hand room staff were quick to fix stuff which was pleasing. Room was clean but on the surface, sink in the bathroom was not as clean as you would expect. We found the doona cover had mildew and holes, but staff were quick to change. Found a cockroach in my cupboard. Again the cleaning staff were asked to deep clean but did not happen till I told the manager. On a positive note the environment is absolutely gorgeous particularly the gardens. Orchids were my favorite. Was quiet what I needed and peaceful. Close to some good restaurants and other shops and businesses. I think they need to up their game with food in the restaurant. If I had to go back, I would and hopefully this review will help them to improve because it is a gorgeous place for a relaxed holiday"
