"I had the room at the front of the building. The room was spacious, with two huge windows, so plenty of light. The view is good at eye level and above. It was well decorated and pleasant. On the down side, it overlooks the main road so is rather noisy. During the day, it's a continuous drone, so it fades into the background. At night, earplugs! These are kindly provided. Be aware, the other rooms face onto a wall."

Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. "The resort is beautiful, pool area is huge and stunning. However this does not translate to the rooms, as our room felt very old, dated, and in need of refurbishment. Gym was also very very limited. Breakfast was nice with many options but quality could be improved. Service was excellent. One thing that really bothered us: we were put in the 6th floor, and the only way to go up and down during the day is with a funicular. There are 2 funiculars however during our stay almost aways only one was operating. We had to wait for very long periods of time (often 10-15 minutes!!!!) just to get from our room to the lobby area. That wea very annoying. "
