"We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. "Got here a week after the Kona low storm, so I don’t know how thinly stretched the staff was. The check-in staff was very nice, I overheard another guest, trying to navigate the fact that the water was out in their building, fortunately was not out in ours. Our room, however, had strong smells and smelled heavily of disinfectant which we think was trying to disguise food smells. "We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool.
