"This was a great hotel, maybe the best I've stayed in in Tokyo. The room was slightly more spacious than others I've stayed in at a similar price, and the bathroom was bigger than others I've stayed in - it felt like we had loads of room.
The room was very clean and had lots of amenities, including a coffee maker and kettle. They provided extra water (4 bottles) whereas other hotels usually provide only 2.
The staff were very helpful. We bought fruit while in other regions of Japan, and we needed a knife to eat it, which the staff were very happy to help us with. Also the staffs English was excellent.
In terms of location, it is fairly close to 2 different stations which meant we could easily get to shibuya/Shinjuku and areas on the west of the city fairly easily, but equally also get to Tokyo station, nihombashi, and asakusa fairly easily. So for us it was a perfect location."
