"I came here with no expectations and I found out It was a nice place and thoughtful staffs. They took care of us very well. They volunteered to ride us Sepang to KL and picked us up back at late night. I was very amazing"

"4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there. The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list."

"Solo travel, just needed a crash pad for the night near the airport, which this was great for with plenty of eating out options nearby"

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying overnight while traveling. The staff is delightful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortably, as is the entire facility. The food is top notch, the pool and gym facilities are outstanding. I can say without hesitation, especially as a solo and female American traveling for the first time through Asia that I have been made incredibly comfortable, safe, and welcome.

"Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can."

"Good for a layover 😊"

"The pool was not at the hotel, breakfast was limited and rooms could get a renovation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nearby you can find small food-stands for dinner "

"Excellent hotel close to airport with a airport shuttle service. Good for short stay and transit"

"The major advantage is convenience for in transit travellers. Room is small but clean and no windows."

"Nice room for budget hotel"
