"We stayed the night of New Years Eve and the day after. Overall the place was clean and appeared to be well maintained. However, the listing pictures for our room did make it appear much bigger than it was though (King Supreme room). Not sure if there’s anything that could’ve been done for us to realize that, but the staff were very accommodating to our requests and even got us an extra bed to accommodate the 3 adults sharing the room. Would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Our room was perfect- spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when booking attractions or experiences for us, everyone was very nice and warm. We spent Christmas there and the lobby was decorated with a Christmas tree among other little details. Breakfast was delicious. The sky bar has a gorgeous view with great cocktails. It felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. We would 100% stay here again!"

"we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible! "I would give this hotel 10/10, but I can only give it 9/10. The last buffet breakfast I ordered an omelette, I waited too long and had to check with two waitresses to get my food. And they gave the wrong choice finally. May be the management should check on the process."

"Nice hotel with big and clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good poolarea with sun all day and a nearby sauna and fitnessroom. Big playroom for the younger kids and gamingroom for the older kids. We will absolutly stay here again! "
