"Service was outstanding from check in to breakfast. People were very nice and very polite and very helpful. It felt great! The room was just fine. The hallways are rundown with chipped paint and stained rugs and lots of wear. "
"We stayed here before departing for a cruise. They offer a shuttle to/from airport, to 4 local restaurants and to the cruise port. It was conveniently located only 4min walk from the subway, so we easily found our way to the freedom trail and back. It’s beside University of Mass. - Dorchester Bay was a nice walk in the morning. There was also a grocery store only 7min walk from the hotel. "
"Its very clean an well kept. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food was very good. Its very close to the subway and just 3 stops from downtown and also reasonably priced. I gave the staff a good rating and most of them were great, but it was a little hit and miss depending on who was on duty. "
"We had a wonderful experience at our recent stay at the Westin Seaport in Boston! I booked three rooms for our group and from the moment we checked in, we were treated wonderfully. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the property was beautiful and the beds and pillows were some of the most comfy I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! The location was prime, easily walkable to many historic sites and delicious restaurants! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area!...
