To my surprise, my first hotel didn't have a hair dryer. The worst night was already eleven o'clock. After washing my child’s hair, I found that there was no hair dryer. I asked the staff and they said there was no hair dryer. I woke up the next day with a headache that lasted all night. I couldn‘t sleep well, so I asked the staff again the next day, and luckily there was a hair dryer. Luckily we only stayed two nights.

ホテルに入るときデポジットをとるのは普通ですが、ホテルを出る時にその紙が必要だと言われました。そういう経験はなかったので、ゴミ箱を探して何とかホテルを出ることができました。ルールなら仕方ないですが、予め言って欲しかったです。 それと車の騒音な凄いです。大きな虫もでます。 数日後も予約してましたが、当然ですがキャンセルしました。出る時の受付の人の態度も良くなかったです。

Value for money for a one night stay. Breakfast and lunch is available across the street from the hotel. Plenty of space for car parking.

We had a good 3 nights stay. Slept well in the king deluxe room. Just a pity location wasn’t nearer to Tebrau side. Overall we liked it. Thank you.

Hair dryer is on loan service for one hour. Housekeeping is not automatic. You have to let the reception know. Mamak opposite the hotel is convenient. Quiet hotel and cold aircon.

By the category of hotel, Stella exceeded expectations in every aspect. One point to note is that the location of the hotel is more suited for those who drives cos its not right in the city town. Food and convenience shop within walking distance. Ample parking space.

Only thing I liked about the room is because it’s big. Dislikes: Hotel guest have to accommodate to the hotel’s needs by submitting a form daily on the items required before 2pm, if not, they’ll give you a ton of excuses why they’re unable to provide. Secondly, we are not allowed to receive new towels, we have to exchange towels. The housekeeper kept pressing on exchanging towels even before giving us fresh towels. Thirdly, if you require extra pillow, you’ve to pay for it. Next, we waited nearly an hour or so in receiving extra toilet paper Next, their tv isn’t a 24/7 kind of thing, you need to call them to ask them why it isn’t working, then you can watch

Hotel is located next to expressway and easily accessible and spotted, Ample open air parking available. Non smoking hotel but room has lingering cigarette smell. Smell is less after I personally washed the aircon filters which were not cleaned for a Long time. Open shower area in toilet with instant heater. In room Wifi, Bedroom slippers, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, 3-in-1 coffee, bottled water, kettle TV (with HBO) provided. No mini fridge and limited cloth hangers. I booked room with no windows as it was cheaper. Malay Coffeeshop next door. Suitable for a pit stop sleepover. Short drive to Sutera area and Legoland. Decent Budget hotel and good value for its price.
