Pros: 1. The room is clean and spacious (Deluxe Room). 2. The hotel staff was accommodating as I've requested for lower level - the hotel do not have lift. Cons: The noise at night at ground level rooms. For 2 nights that we've stayed, sometime 10.30PM until 2AM, there was a family with children who were noisy talking to each other, children shouting, banging of the room door. I'm not sure if they were hotel guests or they were staff. But the noise at night disturb our sleep for 2 consecutive nights.

Pros: Surprisingly good wifi, value for money, near to Angsana Mall JB Cons: Towels were stained, minifridge wasn't really working, area is difficult to access as the Grab needed to spin around the area a few times on the highway before reaching the place

Need to go to the room using stairway, no lift. Iron and water cooler (the same use at boarding school) outside the room. No security at the stairway. But, the bed is comfy.

Totally Disappointed!!

I booked a room with I Leaf boutique hotel but when i arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff told us they were fully booked and no available rooms. Therefore they transferred us to Golden Leaf Hotel which is just a few steps beside. When I opened the room, I was shocked. The room is like under 'renovation', there is holes on the wall; exposed shower head and etc. The condition of the room made me feel very uneasy.
