This hotel is not worth the stay. When we first entered the hotel, the hotel staff immediately told us that the hotel is full even after we told him that we had prior booking of the hotel. I assumed that the staff turns down every business opportunities the hotel had for his own convenience. After waiting for another 20 mins or so, the hotel got us a room. Upon entering the room, we discovered that the dustbin is not emptied and there is traces of cigarette smell (we booked a non-smoking room). In addition, There are also bits of half eaten tibbits littered all around the floor. In the washroom, none of the toiletries are refilled and the white towel is stained with yellow. All in all, this is one of the worst hotel that we have ever stayed.
Pillowcase had greasy scalp perspirant odour and probably hadn’t been changed since several guests ago. Very disconcerting to discover the source of the odour some time after laying in bed. Hotel staff insisted that the pillowcase was fresh (it patently was not), and i requested for 2 new pillowcases to double-layer over the pillow. Coffee tray was stained with fresh coffee s residue, which would have easily been rinsed off; not a big deal considering the price point of the room. But clean sheets are a basic requirement no matter how budget the hotel room is. The blanket seemed to smell of sweat/saliva too.
Service staff in a hijab was extremely polite and helpful in providing details about food and atm in the vicinity. However, room and corridor had a strong musty smell. Stained bedsheets, unflushed toilet bowl, ants all over the dresser, thick layer of dust on the sofa, black marks all over the basin.
Flirty dirty and bed sheets filled with blood stains. Counted at least 6 spots with blood patch. Checked out within 20 mins. And staff isn’t surprised at all.
A proper hotel will never ask customer to bring their bathing towel to their own room. And the towel was very terrible, can tell that the towel has been used for years. Very thin , flat and slight yellowish.
Very Small room as expected. Flooring was'nt carpet and was not clean, very dusty.
Bed was alright.
Water heater not hot, consider a very rundown place to stay. Will definately not be back again as this price im able to stay in a much better hotel that i used to stay.
Hotel smelly and towel not clean at all. Aircon not cold also. Room noisy

hotel not so clean, overall look old and facilities old.
Write my review earlier. Would like to add..the hot water at shower not working. No fridge. Electric socket near the bed is near broke. The socket at table is under the table..making it hard to boil water at the electric kettle.stayed at Room103...
and the Worst of all, someone walked at my window area. Which is pretty freaky feeling when you are one floor above the ground. Turned out he is cleaning the rooftop of a driveway roof. Still I am sure reception would know who will be staying on what room and give us ample warning.
I had a very weird feeling that someone would looked into my window...if not for the white shade curtain.
Very creepy and freaky feeling I had to go thru all that experience.
Never staying there ever again.
Sad to say my stay at Erica is not so great. First day I stayed I couldn't sleep the whole night because the bed is so itchy. Asked the hotel to asked someone to changed the bedsheets and pillow case the morning. The shower not working. The electric socket near the bed is broken..
And the worst of all...I stayed at 103. The next day i saw a shadow of a man outside my window. Which is creepy. Turned out he was cleaning the top of the hotel lobby driveway roof. At least let me know there will be someone outside the window. Scare the heck out of me. Lucky the white curtain was closed. Usually I will leave it opened. But that day I closed it. That's why I only saw a shadow. But still it was very scary to think someone can looked into my room.
Will never stay at this hotel again..
The hotel location is behind Grand Blue Wave and it is very close to CIQ. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room is clean but just don't see the area under the bed. The hotel could improve their cleanliness by using bedsheets, towel of other colors, not white. Standard queen room was a bit small with a small coffee table fit for only 14 inch laptop. In front of the hotel is a food truck area, so very easy to find cheap food. There is also 24hours convinience store within walking distance. Overall, the stay was pleasant for the price, the room also provide bottle drinking water and instant coffee /teas. Plus, if you need to move around, just use Grab coz it is super cheap. Thanks Erica. Very pleasant stay indeed.
