"For carrying the Hilton name the history of the hotel Astoria, there was no value for the high price.
General staff with cultural approaches to make you feel the problem is "you".
Food quality is below other times we stayed there. Budget cuts? Not on rates!!!
AC not working properly. Maintenance staff stating "it a good temperature " when you want another.
Every issue had to go to upper management. Instead of training staff to deal with it right away.

"Booked two rooms. First night stay was awful, water dripping kept us awake all night.
Went down to reception at 3am to address issue as was on a tour most of the following day.
Asked to have it either repaired or sorted before we returned.
When arrived back at following day as expected nothing had been coordinated even though there was a record of the previous nights event.
Eventually after a bunch of technicians in and out of our room the whole afternoon we were moved but should have been...

"The room and balcony was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Reception was efficient and polite.
There was an empty bottle of wine in the room from the previous occupants.
The balcony was looking out onto a roof.
Was difficult to get a coffee at 16:30.
Kosher hotels are a complete hypocrisy"

"The Kings hotel has great location. At the edge of a quiet neighborhood pretty close to the city center and the old city. My room had a small balcony witg amazing views! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the gym, in spite of being small is well equiped and, no less important, well ventilted and airconditioned. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel."

"the staff were very helpful on a personal note the lift looks like it has not been replaced since the building was built and the staircase is rather dingy but really not the end of the world. we went for a suite which well appointed with view over the Kind David Hotel. The room was very well cleaned and had the last occupants milk and yoghurt still it in when we arrived. For the money a really good place to stay."

"This hotel has a large underground parking lot which is free. 10 Min. walk to Old city. However, wifi is not good enough. Wifi in this hotel is very very slow in the room but in lobby is ok and I told tell to fix that but no improvement.
It is quite cold when I stayed in this hotel (8-14 C not sure), but the heater is not working... So I told the staff in the morning and when I came back, it still not working..."
