"El hotel está en una zona muy bonita. Está demasiado cerca del aeropuerto por lo que el traslado es muy sencillo. Muchos de los tours te recogen en una de las puertas del aeropuerto, por lo que no se va a batallar en ir alli. Se hacen aprox de 10 a 15min en uber/taxi del hotel al aeropuerto.
Hay cerca tiendas de conveniencia, starbucks y restaurantes, se pueden ir a pie."

"Beautiful lobby with a luggage weighing scale. Room was clean and spacious. There was a sitting area and table/chair. Bathroom was also very nice and toilet flushes well. Lots of eateries and shops in the area. City bus transit that leads to airport just outside the hotel. (Airport limousine is a further distance away - at least 12 minutes walk which we did when arriving but had uphill walks. We opted to do the city bus leaving instead)."

"It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give...

"The property is in a good location but there was no real parking in the building. There were maybe 12 spaces for the entire building. We had to look for parking on the street. The furniture was dated and some pieces needed replacing. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet. There is no one on site and all communications is via Expedia."

"We stayed for a night.
During check in the staff at the front desk was helpful.
The hall is quite dark and bit moldy smell. After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty.
We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one.
Next morning the toilet clogged and a...

"We stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable, the room super big, same with washroom. Ac available as it was hot outside. Location is ok, quiet and close to Bus station if you're planning to visit the crater. We walked to the night market so overall all good. I would stay here again."

"Location: convenient, it is close to metro and the bus station.
Service: front desk is good.
Room: Clean, spacious enough. It has everything you need. But sometimes I can hear people talking in the hallway... and someone set off the alarm or something it was beeping for a while in the evening.
Breakfast: Just ok. The service staff was nice.
Downside is there are so many Chinese people here so sometimes it was very loud in the lobby. Also, there are always these big men standing outside the...
