The room was reasonable and what was to be expected for the price. If the breakfast had been any worse I don't think you could have called it a breakfast, Basically, coffee and plain toast with either jam or proceesed cheese slices.
What happened to the pastries?
All this being said, it was convenient for the airport and the bus station.
The person who met us at the front desk was very friendly and had very good english! The rooms are small with a bathroom in unit. They also had a nice downstairs to prepare food and some tables to eat at. Small warning, if you are traveling in the winter the bathroom was very cold. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere simple and easy while you explore Jeju City.
The hostel as such is quite good, located in a side street and therefore relatively quiet. The staff is friendly, but with limited English knowledge. There was some โbreakfastโ available, but donโt expect too much of it.
We had a family room with a double and a single bed, but the mattresses were really hard and it was quite difficult to sleep on them. Very positive, there are wash machines you can use for free, however, for the drier thereโs a 3000krw fee for each use.
All in all, a good option for small budgets, but with a few caveats.
