"The staff at Puro,are extremely helpful, in fact they're one of the best,that i have met on my travels! Irmina,Weronika,Ola,Ewa,couldn't do enough to make our stay smoother.

"We visited Krakow in December 2025 specifically for the Christmas Market and stayed at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orlem. What a joy! The location in Old Town Krakow can't be beat - it's literally walking distance to most attractions within Old Town. "Lo que mas me gusto fue la localizacion del hotel, justo frente al casco historico lo que facilito la visita a multiples lugares sin tener que tomar tren o taxi. Tambien estaba muy cerca de la estacion del metro y de los tranvias. Tambien el hotel es super moderno, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Me encanto el lugar."

"Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure.
Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But...
