"When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help...

"We absolutely loved the resort, entertainment, staff and pools! Minor things to improve- the lazy river was very lazy- kids got out of tubes to drag us adults along. The food was great, but not a ton of picky kids options. They also open and close down dining at specific times so just be aware when planning your day. Overall still a wonderful vacation destination!"
