"Great services and very clean place and great breakfast as well."

"One of the best hotels to stay in Makkah. You are on the door step of the haram but set back enough that you don’t feel you’re inside the crowds. The breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay again! The gym and facilities were also well maintained- there’s a women’s only gym and a men’s only gym."

"A wonderful hotel, the staff are very nice, the service is excellent"

"I liked it’s proximity to the haram masjid"

"Beautiful hotel and room however slight issue was the smell coming from the drain in rhe bathroom. Otherwise excellent including breakfast and free shuttle to haramain train station."

"Uphill, but shuttle available 24hrs"

"Beautiful room, loads of space and very close to the Haram. Breakfast was something special, you’ll be quite surprised - freshly squeezed juices, fresh pastries and a large variety of food to choose from. Room service was also very good, highly recommend the lentil soup for starters. Staff were very helpful and it was clear they tried their best to look out for you. An important note - beds were a 10/10 post Umrah."

"Fabulous - the hotel delivered what they promised with respectful and helpful staff. Peaceful and relaxing."

"Staff very welcoming definitely would stay again"

"a recommander . propre et confortable"

"5 nachten verbleven. Erg uitgebreid ontbijt en diner buffet. Personeel erg vriendelijk vooral Younes erg vriendelijk. Op loopafstand van Kaba. Geluidsdichte kamer. Algemene beoordeling goed.

"Every thing was super great"

"Everything for this hotel very older rooms are not ok. But near al haram only "

"We enjoyed our stay at Pullman. Thank you."
