"Very comfortable hotel ,exceptional staff, and very friendly and helpful"

"2nd time stayed while visiting Izmir . Great location for shopping and eating out. Comfortable room and excellent laundry Service ."

"Ruka is a fantastic new hotel on the Adriatic Sea. Well worth the stay."

"Great little gem of a hotel right outside Narlidere. Amazing breakfast, kind employees, and beautiful surroundings. A few things can be improved but nothing significant. For example, a trash can should be added to rooms. Also the location of the light switch outside the bathroom is a little tricky. Finally all the faucet hot/cold directions were wrong. However none of these were significant issues. So, five star overall!"

"Great view and breakfast"

"The staff, location and the condition of the hotel were great."

"Great location and the rooms were spacious. Location is perfect for walking around. I would stay here again! Also the spa and indoor pool was lovely and allowed for some relaxation after a long day of walking."

"5 minute walk from the historical İzmir elevator, this was a late find and I wasn't sure if I could park there. They practically had a free valet parking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I loved the fact that bedroom was somewhat separated from the sitting/TV area."

"Great hotel in a perfect location to explore Izmir. Staff were kind and offered up many ideas to see the city!"

"Amazing hotel! Really nicely decorated with style. Very clean, helpful staff and delicious breakfast."

"Right in the middle of shopping"

"The room, originally intended for longer stays, was huge. Quiet. Excellent location, but hard to find the hotel bec. it’s on a small street. Receptionist Uhgun (sorry, wrong spelling) was very pleasant and helpful. However, another receptionist always frowned at me, a surly fellow. Buffet breakfast offered a huge number of options."
