I chose this hotel on the recommendation of chatgpt. We were very pleased with it as a family. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing. There is advanced technology in this hotel. Everything is designed based on customer satisfaction and comfort. It is very economical compared to rival hotels. We came as a large group and the Guest Relations Manager, Deniz Degerli, was so wonderful. She assisted us with whatever we needed and went above and beyond for us. She was always willing to assist and answer any questions we may have had always with a smile on her face. Our waitress, Nur, was also so sweet and very helpful. You can tell that she loved her job and we appreciated her. We will definitely use this hotel in the future as it was also very clean and the experience was great all around.

Family stay!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had to leave for the airport, just as breakfast was starting. They arranged for a selection of pasteries to be waiting for us, so we could have something just before we left, which was great. The hotel itself is great and the pool was a hit with the kids.

My friends and I traveled to Izmir for holiday and absolutely loved our stay at the Marriot. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and never hesitated to provide accommodations when necessary. The amenties and facilities were beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint is that youre unable to get in the pool after 6pm on the weekends because of the pool parties. My friends and I ended up going to the indoor pool downstairs instead, but we would have enjoyed sitting in the pool and watching the sunset.

Brand new hotel with ultramodern amenities. Our room was on the water and had an incredible view. Luxurious bathroom, Nespresso and tea in the room. Th staff go out of their way to be helpful. Kudos. 10/10 stars.

Very friendly arrival. Super front of house staff including the security guards. Superb Guest Relations by Deniz who booked our fabulous trips to Cesme and Ephesus and guided our stay in such a helpful manner. Cisem and the from desk as well as Kerem and Kerim were fantastically helpful and accommodated us as a family very well and always smiled as we walked passed the front desk. The breakfast staff too were extremely helpful and accommodating and we have nothing but bid praise for them too. We would highly recommend the Marriot and all their team and we would happily stay here without exception. Highly recommend this hotel as central to the main Izmir attractions. We arrived 20 minutes before check in time and they still said they had no room ready. The hotel is next o water that smells so horrible it is nauseating. They rip you off for their horrible food (we had lunch there). Not worth for the cost at all. Their pool is not even open till afternoon and even then they rent the area and you can't use it all the time. Bed was very comfortable and hotel was very clean.

Our stay at this this hotel was nothing short of perfect. It was our last night in Türkiye following a few days of vacationing around the country. We were to fly out of Izmir airport. Check in was smooth and effortless, and the room has everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable, and soundproofing is truly excellent. I am a very sensitive traveler, and I am really picky (also currently pregnant which makes all these traits even more pronounced). This hotel is clean, convenient, and stylish. Reception service is impeccable. You can’t possibly go wrong. Finally, the breakfast has tons of options. They even have an à la carte menu, which is refreshing if you don’t feel like getting things from the already abundant buffet. Overall, a 10/10 stay and without a doubt in my mind—the best hotel we stayed at in Türkiye.
