"Everything is good but the AC simply doesn’t cool down the rooms. I prefer to sleep at 20 degrees and even though it is winter time, the room was at 24 degrees after the ac worked whole night. This is not my first time in here, this is always the case. "

I enquired about a breakfast, didn’t end up having it then they tried to charge me for it. Saying I signed for it, I didn’t took them 48 hrs to look into this and they said they would call me to let me know They didn’t I had to keep going back to reception to ask.
