The surprise upgrade to my room when I checked it was nice. The room and staff were nice overall, and the food I ordered for room service was amazing. The view of the ocean/sea from my room was beautiful. I really enjoyed the selections available for breakfast; that’s the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen at a hotel in Izmir. The only issue I had was with the water color in the shower/tub. It was a bit yellowish until you let it run a little while.

Lovely hotel in a great location, we had a sea view room which was incredible looking out at the sea from your bed. The rooms are a little dated but not too bad . The staff are excellent very helpful and always smiling. The spa and pools are great also a fully equipped gym. Lots of lovely restaurants 2 mins walk .

Excellent experience at check in.Staff very helpful and gave us access to room at 10am.Beautiful room with sea view.Food in club lounge and breakfast was superb.Only minor criticism is that club lounge staff were not proactive.Despite the 2 of us being the only ones in the lounge we had to seek her out for service.Pool and spa area very impressive.Only annoying point was the nimber of seagulls using the pool
