"I booked a Premier Suite Twin for my friend and I. The room was super spacious and clean and included several wonderful amenities, such as a sanitization closet, in-suite laundry, and a freezer! The gym was clean and in good shape, and the hotel is well-located as well. Just a short walk from a subway station. Definitely excellent value for money! Only downside is that there were no options for breakfast to be included in the cost paid, (it was an extra daily charge). Additionally, my friend had an interaction with a front-desk employee who seemingly didn’t speak much English, which made communication difficult, (a hotel is the one place while travelling where you would not expect this to be an issue). Overall though, I would definitely recommend Hotel The Botanik to others travelling to Seoul :)"

"Beautiful building in the heart of Itaewon with an excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene—great for those looking to enjoy it. The room was spacious and well-equipped, though I found it odd that earplugs were provided next to the bed. That quickly made sense—the noise level is outrageous and unacceptable. I stayed in room 825, and the constant noise made it very difficult to rest. I requested a room change the following day, but the manager was completely nonchalant and said nothing was available. I had to endure three more nights of severe noise disturbance. While the hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water, none were replaced on the second day. When I went downstairs to ask, I was charged 2,000 won for a bottle. It’s not about the cost—it’s the lack of consistency and the feeling of poor service. There are far too many great hotel options in the area for me to consider staying here again. That said, I absolutely loved Itaewon."

"The room is nice sized and clean but the water pipe line makes so much noise and it disrupts my sleep at night. Other than that my stay was good."

"The room where clean and had a great location ... only that. the temperature on the room was kept at 28-30C the whole day. it was so hot to be on the room to sleep or rest, but ofcourse the lobby where the employees where at was kept nice and cool. however there was no sitting area to be able to sit in the lobby to enjoy the cool air. if you tried to sit on the restaurant empty chairs they would kick you out saying in private property.... but i guess the hotel doesn't own the restaurant that is didn't next to the check in counter. won't comment to stay here at all if you are planning to go during late spring or summer time. "

"Breakfast buffet was ok. Not a lot of options but what they did have was hot and fresh. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfy "

"The room is spacious which is rarely seen in Seoul and there’s daily housekeeping change bedsheets, towel and replenishment of 2 bottles of water. Although is not a new building/hotel it’s clean and well maintained. Airport Bus 6015 is so convenient stop right in front of the hotel."

"The staff are top notch. Laura at the front desk was extremely kind, welcoming and informative about the hotel's amenities even during a very busy time due to what seemed like a convention. Clean and quiet rooms, best room service meals I've ever had, and the bus to the airport stopping at the hotel made for a wonderful stay. "

"Excellent hotel. Our room was clean and roomy. Loved access to amenities and bottled water anytime we needed. We chose the option to include breakfast and it was excellent. So many options and a great combination of Korean and North American food. Lots of vegetables and fruit. Would highly recommend this hotel which was also very central in Myeongdong."
