We really enjoyed our stay and felt like locals, as the property is located in a small village. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, and the main square is just a 15–20 minute walk away. Having a washing machine in the room was a nice touch. Firuze, who manages the property, was amazing.

Central and quiet place in the middle of Istanbul.

Very good located. Not far from Taksim square and in a very quiet street. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, bars nearby. You can even walk to the bosphorus within 15 min. Taksim and it's shopping mile ist a stone throw away. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Istanbul. Washing machine inside the studio, balcony for smokers, TV and fast WiFi. I recommend to every one.

It was an incredible long stay in Zelya's place. The room was really clean, spacious enough and quiet. I really appreciate all the help that Zelya was offering. She really wants the guests to feel comfortable there and there were never issues with communication. It feels like home and I can reccommend it to everyone. There is a possibility of the self check in, which was really helpful. Closeby are supermarkets and small markets, bus stops which take you to any important spot in less than 10 minutes Thank you :)

The ower is very plesant to deal with. She tried hard to make us feel comfortable. Toilet door needs replacement as it doesn't work consistently. The washing machine needs door rubber replacement due to mould. The view is very nice. If you have mobility issues, do not book as there are many, many stairs to climb. Parking facility was great! We could see out car from the balcony all of the time. Istiklal street is near (10min walk). Sunday market is also near. I would book again.

Very bad condition of the rooms, dont llok at pics

I booked room with 2 Queen beds, when I arrived found out there was 1 double bed in there. Messaged lady owner, she replied that it was only for 2 adults, when I replied I booked 2 Queen beds, because I have 12 year old boy too with me, lady said that there is a mattress in the passage I can use. It was late in the night , she said she will sort it out in the morning. We spent the night with myself on the mattress on the floor. In the morning she offered another room with sofa bed, which again was not convenient for me, even that for 3rd night which meant i had to spend another night on floor mattress. I asked her to refund me remaining 5 night as I can not live here with my family, as I'm not getting what I paid for, she initially agreed to refund me 4 night even though I paid for 6 nights , and only used 1 night ( even that with me on the floor) I still agreed however, when she consulted someone (apparently her partner) she refused to pay. I left on 2nd July, my booking was till 6th July, I left the property, booked another hotel, and going to sort this out with Expedia however, I wanted to leave this review, please be careful when you book, pictures of rooms are deceiving too, I am not sure how this property got 4 out 5, it is on the hill , forget coming with baby or elderly, condition of property is bad (minimum to say), Mould in the bathroom, and bad air-conditioning. Lady always replies to reviews and find excuses, be very careful if you book this property.

arrivée sur une chambre en sous sol semi-enterrée. Attention car j'avais reservé "chambre economique " et elle ne correspondait pas aux photo du site "hotel.com"... il s'agissait d'une toute petite chambre avec celle de bain séparée... L'appartement à côté était libre, beaucoup plus vaste avec une cour. nous l'avons demandé et obtenu avec un complement modeste. Merci Appartement très simple sans luxe, mais correct.
