The breakfast service was excellent with an excellent view on the rooftop. The hotel manager was friendly and very helpful. The cook and cleaning ladies were so nice and wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location near to the Blue Mosque, Sofia Mosque, Cistern and palace. The only thing to be aware is that the Hotel doesn't accept credit card and their exchange rate is not convenient, so bring euros to pay the stay. Other than that the hotel is good. The view from the terrace is awesome. Breakfast is good.

We booked two room - a double and a single. The major disappointment was that neither of them had a proper shower. What is sold in the name of a shower is a shower head installed in the toilet. The space was too small in case of the double room. The hotel has a very convenient location being within walking distance from attractions but this is slightly marred by its location on a busy tramway and therefore taxis cann

The staff was wonderful, but there was no lift. Luckily we only had to carry are luggage up to the 1st floor. The room was not as clean as I would like, I wiped down all the dust with my clorox wipes. There was a small amount of mildew on the bathroom walls. The sink, shower and toilet shared the same floor so if you took a shower floor was completely wet on entering the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but the view was spectacular. The hotel is on the tram line so use Airport Transfer to get to Hotel, taxi drivers will leave you the closest they feel and you have to walk to hotel.

It is centrally located which is great, two blocks from blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and basilica cisterns. Lots of restaurants. Simple no frills but good place to stay. Staff were great. Right next to tram line which is convenient but sometimes noisy. Highly recommend and reasonable prices.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proches des attractions touristiques, dans une zone plutôt bruiante. La peinture des chambres à été refaite, mais le mobilier est usé. Les lits sont confortables et l'hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est sympathique. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec des plats typiques de la région.

The location is terrific, less than 5 minute walk to the Hippodrome. The staff were all vey helpful especially the day manager who gave us plenty of helpful info. However, the tram goes right by the hotel so it was a little nosier than expected. And the beds were hard and the linens were not great.

Pésimo hotel nada recomendable

Pésimo estado del hotel, la habitación horrible, pequeñísima, sucia, tubimos que pedir la sábana porque ni la habían puesto, moqueta con ácaros, el baño apenas existente la luz se salía de la escayola empapas la habitación si te duchas ya que no tiene ni plato de ducha. No lo recomiendo por ese precio hay hoteles muchísimo mejores.

I stayed here one week, place needs a facelift badly, room small, toilet is also a shower room,very small, outside is noisiest street in the city with trams passing room every 5 minutes ringing bells and horns , very noisy and window did not close properly. Nice friendly lady on desk, had breakfast once, ate out every other day after that

Bon rapport qualite prix si chambre sur avenue.

Tres bon emplacement a cote d'un arret du tram 1. Pricipales visites de Sultanameth a 5 a 15mn de l hotel. Petite chambre donnant sur la rue sans voiture,en face de la mosquee, claire et confortable ( mais reveil a 5h par le muezin et trams jusqu'à23h) Sdb minimale avec parfois reflux d'odeur d'egout (pas de siphon) mais aeration possible par l'ouverture des fenetres. Eviter a tout prix les chambres de derrieres.

A fuir!!

Un hotel bien situé prés des sites d intérêt et du tramway. MAIS la chambre que j occupais était déplorable ! Une fenêtre d acces difficile car située immediatement contte le lit tant la chambre est minuscule, elle donne sur une petite cour interieure et un escalier de secours grillagé en colimaçon . En guise de placard, il y a un porte-manteau, et aucun endroit pour poser la valise. J ai signalé le 1 er matin que la chasse d eau ne fonctionnait pas et que l odeur d egout dans la chambre etait insupportable, une employée de l hotel (qui m a dit ne pas être le manager..) est montée pour constater mes dires; elle m a dit que l hotel etait complet et que je ne pourrai pas changer de chambre mais qu elle ferait le necessaire pour le probleme des toilettes. Le soir ,la situation n avait pas changé, pas de toilettes fonctionnelles(la chasse fonctionnait une fois sur 10 tentatives et l odeur d égout etait toujours là... le lendemain matin j ai à nouveau signalé le problème au jeune homme de la reception qui m'a dit " i tell it to my manager"... le même soir rien n etait resolu et j ai donc quitté cette chambre ignoble et cet hôtel.Après transmission par hotel.com de mon mécontentement auprès de l hôtel celui-ci m'a repondu un vrai tissu de mensonges expliquant qu ils m avaient offert une chambre avec un double lit alors que j avais payé pour une chambre simple avec un "single bed", que la mauvaise odeur du 2nd jour avait disparu et que les toilettes fonctionnaient tresbien.

Cuartos muy viejos tan pequeños que con 2 maletas no quedaba espacio para caminar el lavamanos fuera del baño o sea dentro del cuartos y un baño donde es tan pequeño que agua de la regadera cae doble la taza y papel higienico muy muy pequeño , no tiene elevator me mandaron al 4to piso mis problemas de salud me hacen muy dificil subir tantos escalones el desayuno es en el piso 5to una terraza la vista a plaza Sultanahmed muy linda y el personal muy amable dispuestos a ayudarte
