We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The service was too class. The breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked food. The manager in particular, Kubra was very attentive and ensured we were all happy. Zeynel was also very kind and served us non stop as was Nesra too. We couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. Rooms were clean and modern and a short walk to beautiful Ortakoy. Kubra asked us every morning if we were happy and needed anything. An amazing hotel which we recommend and excellent location.

Everything about the stay was outstanding, but the location truly stood out—it was perfect and made getting around incredibly easy. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Enes Söylemez and Görkem Güney for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their kindness and professionalism made a real difference.
