We ended up not staying at My Palace Rooms after arriving. The property did not match the photos or description online, and the surrounding area did not feel comfortable or welcoming. Check-in was confusing, and communication from the staff was unhelpful. Based on our first impression, we decided to make other arrangements. This was not the experience we expected.

The level of cleanliness in this hotel was completely unacceptable. In one of the rooms, the fridge did not work at all. In the other room, I found used condoms on the floor, the same dirt from the hallway was also inside the room, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom wall was covered with mold. This reflects a serious neglect of hygiene and basic housekeeping standards. The receptionist was rarely available, which led to long and unnecessary waiting times. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, from the reception to the spa. The only positive experience was at the restaurant Şenol Kolcuoğlu Kurtköy – the hotel management should take inspiration from their level of service.

Bad smell and poor cleanness

Rooms were pretty dirty, a lot of hair on the floor. The room was for none smokers but it had a heavy smell of cigarettes.

Room looked clean initially but later found used goodies like meds that presumably belonged to the previous guests which hadn’t been cleared. The bathroom door almost locked itself and there were cracks in the mirror. Nonetheless okay for a short stay and the location is quite close to the airport.

Not what was described on expedia. Building was rented by many companies. Rooms are not clean, holes in the sheets, no coffees and no English speaking people. Not on airport grounds and no shuttle free or other wise from airport. Shuttle from hotel to airport not available if they can get away with. They will call a taxi for you and make you pay for it. Not recommended for family!

We booked a non-smoking room and was assigned a smoking room filled with heavy smoke smell. One flushing button for the toilet was broken. The drawers in the kitchen area did not close well. The communication with the staff could have been better.

The only reason I booked it, It said in the description that there is an airport transfer. Absolutely lie! No transportation is provided,I had to pay for the taxi after I made the reservation and called there to request a transfer. And it is too far away as well from IST airport. Get ready to pay 2000 TYl one way. Dirty floors. Mold in the bathroom. Hair. Only the bed was clean and comfortable. The blanket is towel thick. I even can not call it a blanket. Just a cotton throw. Also be ready to smell strong smoke air. Crazy experience! Never would recommend!

Ich weis nicht wo ich anfangen soll um ehrlich zu sein! Ich habe noch nie so ein dreckiges und ekeliges Hotel gesehen!! Das Zimmer was wir zuerst bekommen haben: ALLES dreckig, Kakerlaken ohne Ende, Bettlaken voll mit Blut und einfach nur mit Tuch zugedeckt damit man es nicht sieht! Überall lagen Haare, Kondom Verpackungen und und und!!! Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen was genau so dreckig war außer dass da keine Kakerlaken waren! Eingangstür war kaputt so dass wir es immer abschließen mussten! Also sehr unsicheres Gefühl gehabt immer wieder! Bad: Handtücher ekelige flecken drauf gehabt! Küchenbereich: war nur am stinken als wäre da eine Ratte tot! Parken: auf der Seite steht kostenlos aber nein pro Tag muss man bezahlen!!! Fitness gegen Gebühr!! Also ich weiß nicht wie dieses *Hotel* so paar positive Bewertungen bekommen konnte!! Wir waren 3 Nächte da und es wurde nicht einmal gereinigt im Zimmer!!! Das alles durften wir mit 2 Babys erleben!!!

Von aussen und von innen sieht das Hotel luxuriös aus, zumindest nach dem ersten Eindruck bis einem eine Kakerlake begrüßt. Diese Befanden sich in der Küche und machten diesen Raum unbenutzbar. Zusätzlich war es ein Raucherzimmer, was ansich erstmal nicht so schlimm ist. Jedoch wurde nichts davor unternommen so dass der Geruch in allen Fasern in jedem Zimmer zu riechen war. Mehr als zwei Sterne ist das Hotel nicht Wert.

Personne à l’accueil. Chambre pas prête à 18h. Clef ouvrant une chambre en travaux. Pas de climatisation efficace ni de wifi. Sale et ascenseur dysfonctionnel. Espace en travaux. Mur tagué. On a préféré carrément quitter cet endroit plutôt que d’y passé le nuit. À éviter!

Our was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets at a very good sameday cheap rent. We only stayed for a night so didn't get time to look around much. There are quite a few restaurants at walking distance.

Très déçu de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour récupérer les clés. Le couloir était poussiéreux, et une fois dans la chambre, une forte odeur de tabac persistait. Aucun équipement de base : pas de bouilloire, pas de climatisation, pas de téléphone pour contacter la réception. Les draps étaient tachés, le canapé du salon était sale. Le logement ne correspondait pas du tout aux attentes. À éviter.
