"Absolutely Horrible — A Complete Nightmare! One of the worst hotel experiences of my life! The entire building reeked of sewage, the street and rain noise made sleeping nearly impossible, and the advertised valet parking was nonexistent. Completely misleading advertising! The only reason I stayed was because I had a flight the next morning and couldn’t risk missing it. Otherwise, I would have walked out immediately. Disgusting conditions, false promises, and absolutely unacceptable. I felt...

"Property was on a great location"

"Tiniest room, no room to walk around. You open the door then there a small bathroom and a bed, no space to open your suitcase. Besides that, the room is clean and functional. Water pressure is good, mattress is good. There’s only one pillow per person so we asked for extra pillows. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They make the stay a good stay. "

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"I felt comfortable and refreshed. Good staff too, very caring."

"We enjoyed our stay and Ammar was very good with us and really all reception staff also were very good."

"Great location, helpful staff. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Overall a good mid budget place to stay"

"The staff is extremely attentive and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. The property is lovely with a view of the Bosporus. You can walk 5 minutes to the Hage Sophia and other sites. Highly recommend."

"AIRSIDE at IST, so did not have to leave security. Very very expensive for this convenience. We had a 19 hour layover. Stark room but clean. No coffee maker. Could go out into airport to eat at restaurants prn. Bed and pillows were fine. Separate toilet room from shower. Sink was outside in bedroom area per Europe. Next time I'd leave airport and stay at nearby Hilton. Lived and learned.. Had very small frig. No microwave."

"Very friendly staff, excellent location, clean and well maintained facilities Breakfast needs to be more inclusive: porridge, seafood, fish missing"

"Recommend this hotel for visitors."
