"I booked 2 rooms, when I came to the hotel, despite talking to me on WhatsApp in the morning they never mentioned that one room got cancelled, they only mentioned about it when I asked them. Instead of getting a refund, they said the other room can accommodate 4 people, which did not make sense to me, as I booked another room, I paid for it. I asked for a refund for the room, they agreed to it, and on Expedia they declined the request, despite going back and forth, I did not get my refund."

"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed at ELIT PERLA SUIT with my family, and the night was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. The room had a terrible smell, the atmosphere was dark and depressing, and it looked nothing like the photos shown in the app. We could not sleep properly because of the bad odor and the unpleasant environment. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. The hotel felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and far below...

"Our only comment that can add to info gatherers is that while it is located close to all the main attractions as described, Istanbul is a hilly city; if you have difficulty walking, the uphill to the nearest tram station can be a challenge. Walking on a flat terrain to the Blue Mosque, etc, can take 18 mins or so. Otherwise, all reviews from other travellers are accurate."
