"Clean interior/bedrooms but not enough tea & coffee supplies, eg milk for the nights. Also no face or hand wash towels provided in this hotel, which is strange! Big inconvenience was that, the lift was out of order the weekend we were there."

Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. "Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel Akena Serris Val d'Europe eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Aus unserem Koffer verschwanden das Geld, was wir als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Mann dabei hatten. "It was a fuss free check-in experience. We reserved a family room but as it was sold out they offered 2 x double room at the same price which was better than expected as you could do things more efficient with an extra bathroom. Rooms were spacious and bed/pillow was comfy. Bathrooms/toilet was nice. Place felt quite new. Free parking + free breakfast was nice. The parking area had cameras around so felt safe leaving some luggages you didn't need in the car. Overall an impressive stay. "

"Hotel was quite close to Disneyland Paris, with a convenient bus stop just across the street that took us to and from the parks. The room was spacious and very clean, and even had a table/desk to eat at, which I always appreciate in a hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, and the complimentary breakfast was another bonus. Would definitely recommend!"
