Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "Stayed for 2 nights BB and couldn’t fault it, front desk were pleasant and alway helpful, along with the staff in the restaurant. Bed was massive, and comfortable. Everything you needed was in your room. This hotel is close to the park & ride, so very handy for getting in and out of Oxford, and last bus runs till after 11pm. "

"Because of our timing we weren’t able to partake in food at the hotel at either end of the day. Unfortunate as the breakfast has always been great, Our room was cool which given the ridiculous heat, was amazing. The staff, as always were courteous and professional. We will continue to use this venue on our overnight stays in the Reading area."
