The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But on the night we want to sleep comfortably. Not to luxurious but comfortable please
Thank you
A wonderful location and lovely staff but the rooms are really poor. We were due to stay in one of the bamboo huts but it was so rickety we feared we might go through the floor. We were transferred to a Riverside Hut which seemed more robust but the fridge was broken, the mirror, towel rail, door to the bathroom and two of the windows were broken. Also very loud music which seemed to start at 9pm....all the staff did their best to help and were really kind but our visit to this lovely area was spoilt. The jungle hike was a complete disappointment as the guide just walked ( not a very nice route past the landfill site) and did not point anything out of interest. Could only recommend this accommodation once they have done some maintenance.
Travellers need to understand, this is an eco resort. Limited amenities in the room. No aircon, no hot shower. Just basic needs. We loved the rooms, the ambiance, surrounded by mountains, various adventurous activities, not forgetting the animal farm and horse rides. All the staff were extremely friendly, and it’s a totally wonderful and different experience.
It’s like going back to basics.
The only problem is getting there. Thank god we drove there as it is in the valley surrounded by oil palm plantation. Signages are not clear so need to have GPS. Nature and eco friendly Travelers will love this place:
The resort is surrounded by palm tree very nice scenery of valley, lake mountains, and river. Good price for decent accommodations. Good service from staff. Clean room and soft bed. Spacious room and bathroom, open-air shower & natural swimming pool. Very nice resort for those love natural life style, away from the city life!
