"We had a pleasant stay at the Hey Hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful (especially PASCHAL, Andrew and Olivier). the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is adding better lighting in the loft area. Overall, a great experience and we would stay there again."
"I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please."
"Stayed in a renovated room which was great. Spacious room and great shower and water pressure in the shower. Fantastic views of Jungfrau from the balcony. Loved seeing all the paragliders landing in the park across from the hotel. Excellent location close to Interlaken West train station. If I came back to Interlaken I would stay here again."
"While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road."
