"I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please."

"We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm. "
