The pool was very large for a hotel pool and very clean. My kids loved that there was a basketball court and the courtyard area and fire pit were a great touch. We had a studio room with a small kitchen. Traveling with teens, this was great to have the extra room. Breakfast was great in the morning with a lot of choices. We had a great stay and will book again in the future.

Beautiful facility, looked brand new. Dining area kept very clean, no matter what hour. In the wider area, Way too much pavement. Marriott is doing their part with trees, but corporate neighbors could be encouraged to do more for Neighborhood beauty.

Amazing overall experience. The bed was much firmer than we would have liked and the room was not soundproof. You could hear everything on the floor above and next door. Other than those minor inconveniences it was an amazing stay. Will definitely be staying again.

My family enjoyed our stay. We were able to spend time together and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel for a long time. I plan to come back again.

Great Location-Great Value
We visit Greenwood often and often stay in one od the other nearby hotels and we switched things up and chose the Residence. So glad we did. This was our first time traveling with our service animal and there was plenty of space to take her for a walk. Everyone we encountered as far as staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was good. They ran out of food on Labor day, but I suspect it had something to do with the wedding group that was there and being completely obnoxious, but even with that, the staff handled it professionally and didn't blink an eye. I think we've found our new favorite place to stay in Greenwood.

Upon entering the room, I noticed an unpleasant smell. There was plug in deodorant masking the smell. Once we unplugged it, we figured out it smell like dog pee.

Very nice!
We were impressed with the size of the room. The room was very nice, all new appliances in kitchen area that was also stocked with all our kitchen needs. The pull out couch was perfect for our daughter and she had plenty of room to play even with the bed pulled out. The desk area is huge. Perfect for anyone on a work trip. King size bed was comfy and loved that the bathroom had full sized pump bottles of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. We definitely recommend this location. The only downside was the breakfast. It was not very good, bread/toast was not a option and the assortments of other breads were limited. Breakfast was free with the stay so we did partake in it. Overall 9.5 for our stay. The staff was friendly and curiosity as well.

Gray Hotel, No Complaints here.
When we got here, the front desk informed us that our room was not completely ready. So they upgraded us for free. Fantastic staff here and will definitely come back. Also, the pool was warm and felt great. My kids loved the hotel and didn’t want to leave.

Stayed here with family of 4 while visiting family for the holidays. We were very comfortable in a room with 2 queen beds. Having the kitchen was ideal for traveling with little kids. Room had a large island in the kitchen area which made having family over for a meal easy. Complimentary breakfast was good and had more than the standard options and also quick grab and go items for days the kids weren’t up early. Check-in staff was very friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. It was a nice size and not like some of the super tiny pools at other hotels. Enough room to spread out and good amount of seating on the pool deck including loungers. Overall, I was impressed with the size of the room and the comfort. No complaints, will strongly consider booking again.

I have stayed here before and had a good experience however this stay was a different story…the pool heat was not working and the staff was actually rude about it. For $300 a night, I would expect more. The room was clean-ish (dusty) and the only silverware was a potato peeler. Half the reason for staying was to have the convenience of the kitchen but no, I had to go downstairs and find some kind of silverware to get us through. I had a freezing child due to the pool situation, which I really feel should have been disclosed on the front end (rather than a poorly written not on the pool door) as we would have stayed across the street at one of the other hotels. When I voiced my concerns at checkout, the VERY rude front desk worker didn’t want to hear it and obviously didn’t care. I asked her name (no name tag) and she told me slave didn’t have to tell me her name. I will NEVER stay here again. That took the cake!

I loved being on the end room and having a suite. For 3 days i didnt feel like i was in a hotel but an apartment with hotel features. It was very nice. Hotel clerk could have let us know where the dining, pool, and elevators were.

Booked a deluxe suite with room for kids and WOW the room was amazing! Full kitchen and very spacious. Nice, safe, clean area right off of the interstate. Shout out to Kyra at the front desk for who was very helpful . I would definitely recommend and book a stay here again!

Beautiful property and gorgeous room! Plenty of room in our kingsuite. The only downside was there were some whiskers left by the bathroom sink that I had to clean up. But we really liked this property and will stay again!
