"The staff were amazing! Location was great. Thank you Anna for going above and beyond and new manager Alex was lovely. They even kept our luggage while we went to Sapa for a few days. Then transported our luggage to their sister hotel as they didn’t have a room for us when we returned.

"Great locations - 5 min walk to Water Puppet Theater, Opera House, Catedral. Breakfast and Pho at restaurant are great! Fri - Sun - in front of hotel become walking street which is nice and quiet. However we need to walk about 100m from the street dropoff. Room is generally very nice. 1st floor still can smell kitchen in the morning."
"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money "

I tried to book including breakfast on Expedia but I found no option.

"I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night.
I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside.
Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep.
Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away.
I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!"
