"The OSH hotel is TOP TIER, in my opinion. The staff appear to be genuinely friendly and not just because it's their job. From check in, to checkout the staff provided A1 service, and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful with a ground floor pool, as well as a beautiful rooftop pool that was well lit at night, both pools have a bar. The breakfast included option offers a wide range of delicious dishes available at your request or you have the option of a light buffet.

"This is an amazing hotel boutique! Nestled right in front of the walled city, it’s the perfect location for access to great restaurants, tourists sites and even the port to take you to several islands. The staff are all very helpful and nice and the building is extremely safe with security personnel and cameras all around. It is a little noisy considering how central it is but it’s not bad. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for your next trip to Cartagena. "

The only thing for improvement is to offer enough complimentary coffee for the number of people in the room. We were told it would cost extra beyond what they provided in the room. "
