The Room Was very nice. However there was no bathroom door. IT was rather uncomfortable. The Room had a tiny Window with no blackout. No safety Rail on the Stars going down to the Main floor.

We had an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The hotel was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. The service was truly 10/10—every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive. The breakfast was great. Best coffee we’ve ever had in a hotel. The beds were super comfy and had great sleep. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were more than comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and it worked for every person in our family. We have different tastes and different ideas of breakfast and every bites was absolutely delicious. The staff: everyone was very cordial, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure the stay is the best. Rooftop was incredible to lounge, read a book, a quick splash, or to watch the sunset. I had the opportunity to visit the spa for a massage and a body treatment. Vivianis was great!!! Definitely take the opportunity to book your time to relax. Location is good. Close to everything but far from the chaos. We will comeback because two nights were not enough. We traveled with our kids this time. Cartagena never disappoints and Hotel Casa Don Luis made our visit an absolute dream.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful! Jairo and Eduardo were absolutely wonderful. I was greeted with a fruit drink upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was superb. There were so many delicious fresh fruits and juices. The hotel is beautifully maintained with on-site security in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the staff was very helpful and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of walled city and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and all you need. This was definitely the best choice and if I return to Cartagena, I'll be back at this place.

Me and my husband stayed here in May. The hotel looks exactly like the photos online, and it was gorgeous. Perfect location in the Walled City and great staff. We also booked a day trip to an island via them, and they definitely helped us. The only thing I would say is the bedroom is large but quite dark due to lighting. Also the hotel has a great rooftop area, but would great to have the hotel staff more present there so you can easily order food and drinks there. Would still come back to stay again!

Quaint little hotel, we went during march so it was pretty empty but lovely nonetheless, felt like we had the place to ourselves. It is in a lovely location, just 5 min walk from the busier parts of the old town. the staff is incredibly friendly, air conditioned. call ahead to make sure your room is accessible if you have a disability because some rooms only available through a staircase.
