"They are amazing. All the stuff is super friendly. The Breakfast is just out of this world. Don’t lose your time. Going to another restaurant to have breakfast. Just stay right there. That’s my advice Breakfast around Cartagena not good. There is a couple of things regarding the room. don’t take me wrong. The room is just beautiful and super clean but they give you just two towels. There is no iron in the room and no hairdryer but you can always request for and they will get it to you and within two minutes. I guess that’s their policy oh one more thing the location is just perfect is close to every little thing."

"Nicest pool in the old city"

"This property stated they had two pools, when they actually had two hot tubs. Rooms were small and when I asked about an upgrade they said they were full. The Hotel has six rooms and a lack of communication within the rooms. They had no phones, but stated they use the What’s Up app. Having never used the app, communication was a challenge. When I question issues with Expedia, they approached me without identifying themselves as employees and told me to leave it immediately. I told them that I would check out in the morning,"

"Breakfast buffet was very extensive and able to order custom dishes. Sharon who waited on us was very attentive and knowledgable. All the staff were very professional and attentive. The pool area was a nice optional common area. The hotel is very boutique and quiet in the center of all the action in the walled city which was perfect. I highly recommend it. "

"Mi experiencia fue muy buena, Coraima en el Front Desk, Muy respetuosa, amable, educada, me explico todo lo relacionado al hospedaje y aclaro algunas preguntas que tenia. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y cerca de la Plaza del Reloj (punto de encuentro para la mayoria de los tours)cuenta con un Roof top que ofrece: muy buena comida y tragos a buen precio. Tambien se puede aprovechar de una buena vista del casco historico."
