"The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. "We had a lovely stay here over New Year. Staff were wonderfully helpful throughout. We didn't book breakfast but tried it on our last day and wished we had - great selection of cooked and continental options at reasonable price. Lots of restaurants closeby and about 35 minutes walk to Umhlanga beach. Only slight disappointment was that there is nowhere to change or shower by the pool. "

"We had a great stay 10/10. The property is positioned greatly. The room was nice and each balcony had gas grill for braai. They have all you need on site but there are restaurants close in walking distance and a checkers less than 5 minutes away. The staff is great. I’d like to specifically thank Sandra for finding an additional night for us when it became available. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the fire works were amazing.
