"Location was great - 12 minute walk to the train station. Their breakfast is a normal European breakfast - light. The room had AC without a locked temperature which was great because we could put it to as cold as we wanted. Issue: There was sooo many fruit flies in our room. I don’t know if that’s a Venice thing but we had to kill so many of them. They were in the building a little too. "Don’t stay here. There are many other hotels in that area to choose from that appeared to be much nicer and closer to amenities. The sink faucet was rocking on the sink. It was so loose. The telephone did not work to call reception. Reception never offered to help with bags or tell you where there’s restaurants or even mention the hours of the restaurant that’s in the hotel. The elevator doesn’t quite take you to your room floor you get off on for example second floor and you have to carry...

"The building and room itself was pleasant to stay in! The bathroom we stayed in had an interesting blue light that we did not realize could be swapped to a regular light until near the end of our stay. The check in process could be improved. We did not receive our check in instructions before we arrived. When we did arrive, we buzzed into the building and were let into the lobby. However, we still did not receive any check in instructions so we did not know what room we were in nor did we have...

"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise! We loved our stay here. Would recommend!"

"Property location is great. Much calmer area away from the tourist, yet close enough to walk everywhere. Great restaurants in the area. Rooms are great, but noisy. stuff wasn't as friendly and as welcoming."

"Easy journey to Marco Polo airport from the Carnival hotel on the Aliaguna water bus to Guglie a short walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings."
